Annual Roof Cleaning – Leaf and debris removal from roofs

The annual roof cleaning will take place on Tuesday, February 11 (weather permitting).

Please leave your back gate unlocked on the cleaning day; monitor your pets in the back patio if workers are present

–            Cover any personal plants, furniture, etc in front of your home and in the back patio

–            Protect or remove any items that could get damaged from the roof debris

You are responsible for the cleanup in your patio.  Our grounds crew will be by later in the week to clean up debris in the front of your home.
